Ms. Zhang's practice focuses on antitrust and competition law. She joined cleary in 2010. From 2008 to 2010, Ms. Zhang was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York.

She is currently a J.S.D. candidate at the University of Chicago. Under the supervision of Judge Richard A. Posner from the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, she focuses her research on the economic analysis of China's Anti-Monopoly Law. Her articles on China's Anti-Monopoly Law have been accepted by several legal journals in China and the United States.

Ms. Zhang is a member of the New York bar. Her native language is Chinese and she is fluent in English.
